Developed a summer-themed social media content strategy that showcased Chili's signature food and unique cocktail offerings in a visually compelling and culturally relevant way to build appetite appeal and brand familiarity across Indian audiences

Created content and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display Network designed to drive awareness and push audiences toward online ordering

Conceptualized and launched the Stadium App as part of an interactive activation strategy timed with the Football World Cup season, allowing customers to use AR lens technology to play football with friends—both in-restaurant while waiting for their food and at home after placing an online order

Leveraged the Stadium App as a dual-purpose tool to enhance the in-restaurant experience and incentivize online ordering, driving app downloads through both physical and digital touchpoints

Maintained a cost-efficient app acquisition strategy, achieving a $2 cost-per-install (CPI) across the campaign duration
